Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and NABNITECH, registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 42144085, with BTW identification number NL005531252B78.
They cover two different things, and it is worth separating them. Using this website is one. Engaging us to build something is the other, and that one is governed by these terms together with whatever we agree in writing for your project. Where the two disagree, what we signed for your project wins.
What an engagement is
Nothing on this site is an offer. These pages describe what we do and what we have built, and a page cannot commit either of us to anything.
Sending the contact form does not begin an engagement either. It begins a conversation. An engagement begins when we have both agreed in writing what is being built, what it costs and roughly when, and not before.
Fees and payment
Prices we quote are in euros and exclude BTW, which is added on the invoice.
When you accept an offer we invoice an initial payment, payable within 14 days. The rest is invoiced on delivery.
Some of what we build carries a subscription after delivery, monthly or yearly depending on the service. Which one applies, and what it covers, is part of the offer you accept.
Governing law
These terms, and any engagement under them, are governed by Dutch law.
If something goes wrong we would rather sort it out directly, so tell us first and give us a fair chance to put it right. If that does not work, a dispute goes to the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland.
If one part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
