The brief

The client portal that comes with a Wakeel subscription, delivering a complete premium service package.

Running someone’s back office produces paper: contracts, payroll runs, correspondence with a bank. The work is only really finished when the client can find the document without asking for it, and that is what the portal is for.

It carries traffic both ways. Wakeel files what it produces on the client’s behalf; the client uploads what only they hold into the same structure, rental and employment contracts, vehicle records, HR and payroll. One place holds the whole account rather than two halves of it.

The build

Every document Wakeel produces for a client is filed where that client can reach it, without having to ask for it.
Both directions
Clients upload their own the same way, into the same structure: rental and employment contracts, vehicle records, HR and payroll.
Per account
The portal is reached through a login, so what is in it is one client's and nobody else's.
Access anywhere
Any document is there on demand, from wherever the client is and at whatever hour they need it.
